For campsites, glamping sites and holiday parks
Nobody administers this install yet. Create your own login here first — it's separate from any customer's site, and only works once. After this, new visitors will see the ordinary sign-in / sign-up page.

Every site's visitors, and how far they get through booking. A visitor counts once a day. Backed out = saw the price for their dates but didn't book. Click a site for its daily chart, where visitors came from and its top pages.
No cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. Search engines and bots aren't counted, and neither is anyone signed in to a site's dashboard. To stop your own phone or computer being counted, open each website once with #nostats on the end of the address (for example nimbosoft.co.uk/#nostats).
Optional, and off for every site by default: a site stays on its own independent Stripe keys, taking guest payments directly, unless you deliberately link its account below and give it a commission rate above 0%. Linking uses your own Stripe account — set that up once here first.
From your Stripe Dashboard: enable Connect (Settings → Connect), then find your client ID under Connect → Settings → Integration. Add this redirect URI there:
Every unpaid invoice across every invoice-billed site — see a site's own "Fees" panel (below, in All sites) to create one or mark it paid.

Revenue and health across every customer. Anything needing attention is flagged. "Open" takes you inside that site with full access for support — it's recorded in the access log, which is what evidences the access was support work if it's ever queried.
Untick anything this site doesn't need — it disappears from their dashboard nav entirely. Leave everything ticked (the default for every site) for no restriction.
A custom fee for this site, invoiced manually — set whatever you've agreed with them. Leave an amount at 0 if that interval doesn't apply.
Optional and separate from the fee above — a percentage taken automatically from every deposit this site takes online, the moment it's paid. Leave at 0% (or don't connect their account at all) to leave this site exactly as it is today.
A fixed amount on every real booking this site takes. If Stripe Connect is set up (above) and the guest pays their deposit online, it comes straight off that deposit alongside the commission — collected the moment they pay, not invoiced separately. A staff-entered phone/email/on-spec booking, or any deposit on a site that hasn't connected Stripe, has no card payment the platform can take a cut of, so it rides on the site's regular invoice instead — not shown at all on an invoice for a period where nothing was owed that way. Entirely separate from the commission; a site can have either, both, or neither.
