This is your account — separate from each operator's own connected Stripe account. It's what actually processes every guest payment; your commission is deducted and kept here automatically the instant a payment succeeds, before the rest is sent on to the operator. Nothing works — no site can take a payment — until this is set.
Create a webhook in your Stripe dashboard pointing at /webhook on this
domain, subscribed to payment_intent.succeeded — that's what records each
commission. Leave publishable key / webhook secret blank to keep the existing value.
Revenue and health across every customer. Anything needing attention is flagged. "Open" takes you inside that site with full access for support — it's recorded in the access log, which is what evidences the access was support work if it's ever queried.
What a site is charged, based on how many pitches it has — an operator lands in whichever bracket their pitch count falls into, checked when they set up and rechecked automatically. Edit these any time; existing sites pick up the new terms next time their tier is checked. A site with terms set by hand (via "All sites" → Fees) ignores these until put back on auto.
