Nobody administers this install yet. Create your own login here first — it's separate from any customer's site, and only works once. After this, new visitors will see the ordinary sign-in / sign-up page.

Every site you run. Click Open to see its fees, invoices, features and app.
Every site is in the Nimbo Stay app. Click Edit to change a site’s app.
A fixed amount the site pays on each booking.
A percentage of each booking, paid by the site. 0% = none.
A set fee you’ve agreed with them, invoiced. Leave at 0 if none.
Untick anything this site doesn’t need and it disappears from their dashboard.
This site isn’t in the app list yet.

We'll read it straight away and have their accommodation, prices, contact details, photos and terms ready for them to check when they first log in.
Guests buy it in the Nimbo Stay app; the money goes to Nimbosoft’s Stripe.
Never on a bank holiday weekend. It covers the pitch for that night, not dogs or extras.
Every fee is paid to Nimbosoft. All of it stays with Nimbosoft until this site’s members have paid the amount below in all; after that, the site gets its share of each payment, worked out after Stripe’s card fee.
In Stripe: Developers → Webhooks → Add endpoint , events checkout.session.completed and charge.refunded. Without its own keys the club uses your platform Stripe key above, but it still needs this webhook secret.
What Nimbosoft has taken: club memberships, booking fees and paid invoices, less refunds.

What a new site pays: a share of each booking. Guest prices don’t change.
“30:2” means up to 30 pitches pay 2%; “*” is anything bigger. Worked out from the site’s pitches each time a booking is charged. Blank = everyone pays the % above.
